Texas Living Blues Legend, "Earl Gilliam", will be headlining this years, 2010 Texas Bluesfest-Old Town Spring, on May 15, 2010.  This  event is FREE to the public, and will take place from 1 pm till 10 pm, at Hyde's Music Grounds, located at 26608 Keith Street. This concert is committed to assisting KPFT & The American Cancer Society, with donations being accepted on behalf of each organization at event.                                                                                                            Gary Boehm has played in Texas for the last 20 years. Lead guitarist for Roy Head for 11 of those years. Gary has shared the stage with B.J. Thomas, Doug Sahms, Willie Nelson, Ray Price, Rusty Weir, David Allen Coe, Kim Wilson and the list goes on. Texas Blues and Country Music is what the Texas Bluzcatz are all about, having placed third as Houstons,"Best Blues Band," the last three years. The band is made up of players from all parts of the country and with that in mind, the music has a high level of energy that Texas Music is known for.
